"We were there to attend a wedding function for 2 days. Overall experience was good. The food was really delicious. The rooms were okay. The only issue I had that We ordered tea for ourselves and I strictly ask for some instructions on that which didn't get also they forgot so I had to call again to ask for it and when we got, it was cold so didn't make any sense."

"The hotel ambiance was good and the food was tasty. However, the service needs improvement. I gave my jacket for washing, but it was returned folded without being washed. I also messaged the GM regarding this issue, but did not receive any response. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve their service."

"Worst Experience – False Advertising & Extortion at Check-In This hotel is a complete scam. The room provided was NOT the one shown in the booking pictures. What I was given instead was a filthy room with a strong bad smell and dirty bedsheets—absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. When I confronted the staff and demanded the room I had already paid for, they had the audacity to ask for ₹500 extra. This is nothing but daylight robbery and unethical behavior. Misleading photos, poor hygiene, and forcing guests to pay extra at the property is completely unprofessional. This place has no respect for customers and clearly survives on cheating first-time guests. Do not trust the pictures. Do not trust the staff. Avoid this hotel at all costs."

"We booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding on 22 & 23 December for 4 functions (Engagement, Sangeet, Haldi & Wedding) along with rooms, banquet, and lawn. Unfortunately, everything was mismanaged. Food (0/10) They served previous meal’s food in the next meal by just changing the name tags. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Sangeet DJ The DJ setup ruined the entire Sangeet. They brought casual labour and played music from a phone using an AUX cable. This is not what you expect from a so-called “4-star” property. Decoration Despite explaining everything a week in advance (and clearing payment), the decoration was incomplete even on the wedding night. I had to get things done myself. The theme we booked wasn’t delivered — they simply didn’t have the material and at the last moment said, “Sir, bas yahi ho payega.” Totally unprofessional. Restaurant Service Our guests waited over 1 hour, yet the food wasn’t ready. Staff simply said, “Item available nahi hai, kuch aur order kar lijiye.” Staff & Management Very unprofessional, zero planning, and no sense of responsibility. They take full payment but don’t deliver basic commitments. ❌ I strongly do NOT recommend this venue for weddings or any important function. They spoiled our experience completely."
